At Soulidarity, we believe in nurturing both your body and spirit, offering a comprehensive range of services designed to promote wellness and vitality.
From soothing massages to rejuvenating acupuncture, luxurious aesthetics treatments to advanced laser services, and from body sugaring to flawless spray tans, our expert team is dedicated to helping you look and feel your best.
But that's not all—we're also proud to offer a full yoga studio where you can find balance and inner peace through regular practice. Plus, we're passionate about supporting our local community, which is why we showcase and sell products from local artisans and entrepreneurs, including bison tallow, candles, essential oils, yoga products, and organic fair trade clothing.

Trio of Traquility
As the Earth awakens and the light grows brighter with the arrival of the Spring Equinox, we invite you to join us for a transformative 90-minute Trio of Tranquility Workshop at Soulidarity.
This special event brings together the soothing practices of restorative yoga, reflexology, and reiki healing in a collaborative experience designed to balance, rejuvenate, and nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
Led by three experienced practitioners , (Amy, Sarah, and Shawna) this workshop will help you embrace the season of renewal and rebirth, creating space for peace, relaxation, and inner growth.
Crystal Grid Workshop
This February, move beyond the traditional Valentine’s narrative and journey inward to your own heart.
Whether you are looking to deepen your self-love practice, manifest a new partnership, or
create a high-vibration gift for a loved one, this workshop offers a sacred space to align your
energy with the frequency of love.
We will explore Crystal Healing, Reiki, Meditation, and the art of crystal grids to help you create
a life and home filled with love. Join us for an event dedicated to the Heart Chakra, where we
combine ancient energy healing with the structured beauty of sacred geometry.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, healing and reconnection.
This experience includes a guided healing meditation, followed by a sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls and handpan. Created to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy and bring your back into your harmony.
Come as you are-please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
